RACKED Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the RACKED Ambassador Program. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ambassador Program
RACKED Ambassadors may promote RACKED products using their unique referral link and/or promotional code. Participation in the program is subject to approval by RACKED, and RACKED reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
2. Commission
Ambassadors will earn a 15% commission on qualifying sales attributed to their unique referral link or promotional code.
Commission is calculated on the product purchase amount after discounts and does not include sales tax, shipping charges, returns, refunds or cancelled orders.
No commission is earned on an Ambassador's own purchases.
3. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly for qualifying sales.
Any commission associated with an order that is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed or determined to be fraudulent may be deducted from the Ambassador's current or future commission balance.
Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes associated with payments they receive.
4. Referral Tracking
Sales must be properly attributed through the Ambassador's unique referral link or promotional code in order to qualify for commission.
RACKED cannot guarantee commission on a transaction that cannot be tracked or attributed to the Ambassador through the program.
5. Promoting RACKED
We want Ambassadors to share RACKED in their own voice. However, Ambassadors may not make false or misleading claims about RACKED or its products.
RACKED's name, logo, photographs and other brand assets may only be used to promote RACKED in connection with the Ambassador Program and may not be altered or used in a way that could reasonably suggest the Ambassador owns or officially represents RACKED.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with RACKED whenever promoting products in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.
For example, posts may include clear language such as “RACKED Ambassador,” “I earn commission from purchases made through my link,” or an appropriate disclosure such as #ad where required.
7. Discount Codes & Promotions
Ambassador codes and links may not be posted on coupon, discount-code or deal aggregation websites without prior written permission from RACKED.
Ambassadors may not purchase advertising using RACKED's name or trademarks, impersonate RACKED, or represent themselves as an official RACKED account.
8. Program Changes
RACKED may modify the Ambassador Program, including commission rates, promotional offers and these Terms & Conditions.
Any changes will apply going forward after they are communicated or posted.
9. Ending Participation
Either RACKED or the Ambassador may end participation in the program at any time.
RACKED may suspend or terminate an Ambassador account for suspected fraud, misuse of promotional codes, misleading advertising, violation of these terms or other conduct that RACKED reasonably determines could harm the brand or program.
10. Independent Relationship
Participation in the RACKED Ambassador Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between the Ambassador and RACKED.
Ambassadors are independent participants and are responsible for their own activities and applicable tax obligations.
