RACKED Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the RACKED Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Affiliate Program

RACKED Affiliates may promote RACKED products using their unique affiliate link and/or promotional code.

Participation in the RACKED Affiliate Program is subject to approval by RACKED. RACKED reserves the right to accept or decline any application and to discontinue an Affiliate’s participation in the program at its discretion.

2. Commission

RACKED Affiliates earn commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link and/or promotional code.

Commission rates are determined by the total value of eligible Affiliate sales generated during each calendar month:

$0–$1,499 10%

$1,500–$3,499 12%

$3,500–$7,499 15%

$7,500+ 18%

Once an Affiliate reaches a new commission tier during a calendar month, the applicable commission rate will apply to all eligible Affiliate sales for that calendar month.

Commission tiers reset on the first day of each calendar month.

Sales tax, shipping charges, cancelled orders, returned orders, refunded orders and other ineligible transactions are excluded from commission calculations and do not count toward monthly Affiliate sales totals.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate sales are tracked through the Affiliate’s unique referral link and/or promotional code.

RACKED uses a 30-day referral tracking period. If a customer follows an Affiliate’s referral link and completes an eligible purchase within 30 days, the sale may be attributed to that Affiliate, subject to RACKED’s tracking system and attribution rules.

Affiliates are responsible for using their assigned links and/or codes correctly. RACKED cannot guarantee commission for purchases that cannot reasonably be attributed to the Affiliate.

4. Commission Hold & Payments

Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period following the applicable sale. This period allows for cancellations, returns, refunds and other order adjustments.

Cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise ineligible orders are not eligible for commission. If an order is adjusted during the holding period, the applicable commission may be adjusted accordingly.

Eligible commissions will be paid monthly after completion of the applicable 30-day holding period.

The minimum payout is $25. If an Affiliate’s eligible balance is less than $25, the balance will carry forward to a future payment period until the minimum payout amount is reached.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to represent RACKED accurately and in a manner consistent with the RACKED brand.

Affiliates may not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated statements about RACKED or its products.

Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, unauthorized paid advertising using RACKED trademarks, or any activity that could reasonably harm the RACKED brand or reputation.

6. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with RACKED when promoting RACKED products.

Affiliate content must comply with applicable laws, regulations and advertising disclosure requirements, including applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and disclosure requirements.

Disclosures should be clear and conspicuous so that consumers understand that the Affiliate may receive compensation from purchases made through their link or promotional code.

7. Promotional Codes

Any promotional codes provided by RACKED are intended for use in connection with the Affiliate Program and may not be altered, duplicated or distributed through unauthorized coupon, discount or deal websites without RACKED’s permission.

RACKED reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional codes at any time.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Commissions are earned only on completed, eligible sales.

If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed, the associated commission will not be payable. If a commission has already been paid on an order that is subsequently reversed, RACKED may deduct the applicable amount from future commissions.

9. Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the RACKED Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the Affiliate and RACKED.

Affiliates participate as independent participants in the program and are responsible for any taxes or other obligations associated with payments they receive.

10. Program Changes & Termination

RACKED reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, commission rates, commission tiers, payment terms, promotional codes or these Terms & Conditions.

RACKED may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions or conduct that could reasonably harm RACKED or its customers.

Any changes to the program will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the RACKED Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
